The SAFEST way is to Sign out before getting on any Homebrew's and sign back in when you quit the Homebrew. Another thing you could do is get the patches you want to keep for a few weeks and install the ofw.

There is alot of speculation about getting banned. I hear alot of people from Australia are getting banned but this is what I hear. My personally opinion is that getting banned for have cfw is bull. Only thing I could think of us getting banned is getting caught hacking a bo game or playing pirated games. Me myself have been doing all of this since the jailbreak came out on the iphone with the android program. Still have not got banned and not getting to worry about getting banned. Just not worth it.

I'm in Australia and I've used the CFW to do modded zombies and that but only in Private Matchs or Solo cause it dont work online and I havent been banned yet
