E.g. I have Sonic Sega All Stars Racing backup and i currently have v1.00 .pkg and need v1.01 .pkg, because every time i play the game it asks if i want to update (i press O cancel and the game works fine, but would like to update)

I know that other games like Black Ops and NFS HP have working update patches (.Pkg's), But DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CREATE THEM? Or where i could find them?

I already tried the psxstore patch and it didnt work, the game just disappeared.

Can you rephrase your first sentence so I can help you?

By disappearing, I'm assuming that once you install the patch, it disappears? It's supposed to do that, it does it for all packages.

Try reinstalling the PKG to launch it from the XMB. I'm assuming you're doing the eboot swap method?

i could do it for b ima need ah coepl of files if you would please send them to me then i could definately create that pkg file for you

I just tried to update the game (Sonic Sega All Stars Racing) to 1.01 and it downloaded and updated and when it completed it said "An error occured during start operation. (80028F51)"

And the way i installed the game was i created the .PKG from the game backup using d0zspatcher, i installed it on the ps3 via USB, and then i moved all the contents from the USRDIR of the game backup to the USRDIR of the .PKG except for the Eboot.bin using Blackb0x FTP Server & FileZilla.

He's running it directly off the XMB, instead of a backup manager....

Update to Knemw or how ever it's spelled. That'll fix any issues.
