If you don't have a Jailbreak Dongle than search on google for " 3.55 custom firmware" than you'll get it in a PUP. So download it and put it on your usb as PS3>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP.
The PS3 and UPDATE are folders and the PS3UPDAT is the update file.
Than plug the USB in your ps3 and update.. Have fun

update to this its cfw with back up manager support but the back up manager that it includes is outdated you should install multiman once you hack it. oh and this will also put you on 3.55 cfw.
and i hope you know how to open a .rar file.
