I don't use CFW but from what I understand the spoofer is only to make the system think it's on the latest version, but it does NOT allow for access to the PSN. And as for the 3.73, I don't know a thing about that or why it's doing that.

You cannot access PSN with CFW, and spoofers just make the system think its on the firmware, which is useful for data transferring.

You cannot go online with spoofers, as far as I know.
