hmmm if i understand you correctly you have 2 questions.

First you are wanting to essentially run otheros on your 3.50 ps3? This is a big no no, patch_mp.ff data has nothing whatsoever to do with otheros. The chances of you getting otheros back on 3.50 are minimal.

Second, there isn't a directly downloadable patch, however what you can do is look at You must login or register to view this content. post. Using that post what you need to do is look at your regions(use ftp server on 3.15 ps3 and view the hex of your current patch) current values for those 3 values, and alter the modded patches people have on here to those values.
