Use the 9.99 spoofer ( don't forget to get the disabler too & Get the right one for the right FW), data transfer from the 4.11 to the CFW, then disable the spoofer and transfer back when you're done modding with your account

didnt quite understand the original post, just to clarify, you cant create a psn account on a 3.55 ps3, you must be on the latest firmware. plz dont flame, the initial post isnt in great english
