This is the post that got me thinking about my method.

Ok, so here is my theory:

We have been having trouble opening the patch_mp.ff for the ps3 because it has a different header or something. Well, what if we replace the ps3 patch_mp.ff with an xbox one. they won't be signed differently because IW is too lazy, they don't want to waste time making three different patch's, that's why they use codes like xblive "1" for ps3 online match's. And the checksum would be fine too, because it's fine on the xbox. Also, xbox patch's can be used on the pc, and TheUnknown makes all of his hacks on the pc. So he probably just moves his pc patch onto his ps3 and it's all good.

All we have to do is figure out a way to get the xbox patch onto the ps3, but as TheUnknown has said, it does have something to do with injecting.

Aslo, as TheUnknown has said, it is easier than the prestige hack, and what do you do with the prestige hack? Copy and paste a file onto your USB stick, but then you have to do a bunch of stuff to get it online, where as this, you would just copy and paste it, then start the game.

So if they are the same why cant u use the same tools for ps3 as u do for xbox? cause of the headers? i doubt it. Also, i think there is a possiblility that ppl are gunna be like "Flame flame flame flame. I'm not flaming, it's just that im saying ur wrong by insulting you."

It helps when you post words, a picture doesn't really say why you think it wont work.

So your trying to tell us that ps3 and xbox games are the same? or at least the patches are? Idk why but it seems like if TheUnknown wanted us to find out how to do it, he would post a tutorial, and not vague hints. He is gunna lie to us about it. It's hard to beleive that this would e the way, plus how would that even change how this works if its the exact same? We still will get that sob syntax error.

TheUnknown is a great hacker, he is not a douche. He wants us to find it, but doesn't want to tell us. By doing this he is making most of us better hackers. It's like school work. If you just copy off of someone else, you never really learn how to do the stuff, if someone helps you out, gives you hints, you will remember it more. You'll be able to do it better.

Well, he said it had to do with some type of injection, could we decrypt the hdd and get to the file, then copy over it and re-encrypt it.

I thought it was decrypting the hdd too..... then i talked to shiver.... i dont think its possible anymore. Also that doesnt work else we would've done it by now. Most ppl who even tried hacking it even once have tried that. Plus idk if thats injection.
