I suggest that you should get Tritton AX 720's, they cost about $140. It is what I am buying soon. They're good for COD. :p

My fiance bought me the TRITTON PRO's for Xmas they are SICK! She gave them to me early, I had to bribe her with one of her presents, but it was WELL worth it!! They ran her about 169.99$ plus tax so about 180$ total. (maybe a lil less)

Also the guy above me suggested the TRITTON AX 720's but I had those and I think the TRITTON PRO's are MUCHH BETTER! You have more control over your sound, and it is TRUE 5.1 DOLBY DIGITAL!!

Tritton PRO's FTW

Lol, what I would do with $200: buy a TB P11 (I have 1 and it's pretty good) 50$ and buy a Beats By Dre lol...Why spend a lot for a gaming headset? :carling:

I wouldn't get wireless cause the batteries don't last more than 24 hours. I would get the charlies, I have the foxtrot and they are AMAZING

Wires on these thing can get very frustrating so wireless is pretty good choice, Although I don't know anything about the battery capacity. 7.1 Surround Sound sounds amazing! Plus an Limited edition MW3 design all around $160 to $180 is a great choice, I recommend it.

+ You might want to look into the battery life, because that *could be an issue.
