I've looked a lot into this game, and I just wanted to point out a few facts

Firstly, it's not going to be a zombie game, even though I completely understand what you
mean by what you said. The "Infected" aren't necessarily creatures, but just infected humans.
They're quick, agile, and they still have some of the abilities of humans as far as detecting another
entity. So basically they possess all the qualities of a human, but in a mutated form.

Secondly, the "Infected" aren't the only threats in the game. Rogue and villainous people,
basically others who have survived but get their resources by more vicious and deadly
means, are also a very potent threat in the game. Perhaps even more deadly in the fact
that they retain all the same mental stability and awareness as the protagonists Joel and Ellie.

Keep an eye out for this game people. Considering it is made by Naughty Dog,
it is extremely probable that combat will be 3rd person, over-the-shoulder
based as well. Either way, this game is going to be a major success.
