BUT some of u dont have credit cards or dont wanna use them
SOLUTION what u do is go to a bank and ask them if they have VISA giftcards
if they do buy 1 with the amount u want on it BUT there will be a 10% fee or something like that but then the card never expires and u can use it.

If you want foreign stuff also like Japanese MGS you get a virtual credit card if you have a credit card.

or just go on your friends account and download them for free off of their ps3 xD
