I agree 100% with this. There needs to be laws to protect the consumer. We bought these devices the least we should be able to do is modify it. Its like going out and buying a thousand dollar computer that has 2gb of ram but has the capability of supporting 8. But then you are told you are not allowed to upgrade your ram to 8 because it is not your computer to modify. You just bought the computer, its yours to do whatever the hell you want to do with it!
