I want to get new ones and don't know if I should switch over to Tritton. The only knock I see with tritton is you have to use the AV cables were the turtle beaches you plug to your tv. anyone that i have ever talked to that had tritton's said they pwn'd turtle beaches. i had px21's left speaker went out after a month. right went out after 4 months. i would go with tritton's if i was to get another headset.

i have had my turtle beaches for like 4 months now and they still work fine, but i hardly use them. They were good at first but now i just find headsets like that too much hassle.
If you want it for hardcore gaming then yeah, but just to talk to friends i might just sell them and get a cheap bluetooth headset

You can mail Turtlebeach saying that you have a BAD AMP, and then they'll send you a new pair of headsets.

Worked for me, sent my P21's and got PX21's.
