I am not going to lie, BLack Ops Is way better on xbox then ps3, it never lags and every game I play online never have lag issues, PS3 its an whole different story. and The funny thing is PS3 has Dedicated servers and xbox has p2p and it still runs better...

I never have problems on my PS3 online but always had problems with my xbox... So I think it is all up to the connection and such... In the end the networking and online is the same but the hard ware is different... There both great consoles the only difference being one has better hardware and the other has a lot of fanboys.... Choose which ever console you prefer and leave it to yourself... no need to argue... But in the end the PS3 and xbox online are =

They might be referring to Party Chat which allows you to talk to your friends who are playing different games or talk in a private chat within the same game. The difference between Xbox Live and PSN is mainly that Xbox Live gets some exclusive content because people are required to buy a subscription so Microsoft gets more money to spend on this stuff then Sony. I own both and there's no game-changing difference between them. Sure the PS3 has Blu-Ray but I think the Xbox's graphics are great too.

Certain good games are made for xbox which are then ported, which makes them lose quality, prime example being call of duty series.

Online is free, so the service is kinda crap.
