ok just rang them up at 14:14 UK time.
the automated bot said "undergoing maintenance and should be back online later on"
The woman on the other end said the same under maintenance, but said they are unsure at to when it will be back online. She said that there is no estimated time as Sony is still looking to find the problem..
I fear these representatives no less than we do. tss
