Basically He had deleted his info of psn over a year ago and hasnt been using the card but today a fraudulent transaction was made via his credit card
Here is a line of his article Listen carefully :

Deleting your account info/card details clearly doesnt work to stop this from happening, so I can only advise you keep an eye closely on your bank statements (for cards/accounts that have been used on the psn). and look for small amounts that you havent made.As you can see he claims deleting your info doesnt change anything its still stored on the psn database Check This Article Out At

My email got hacked and someone is doing it in Poland, I manage to got it back and change my new Password, This was happen 2 days ago due to that my email is link to my PSN account, im not saying it got to do with hackers use hack on PSN but it well could be. Once PSN online back on again i will create new email account only for link to PSN.
I highly recomend you do the same thing too,

I going to bank tomorrow and put a blocked on my credit Card just be on safe side, it not worth keep monitoring your bank account, if your money is gone then it GONE!, So it worth put a block on it and renew the credit card. Im not going to risk losing my ₤26,345.

YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME THING IF I WAS YOU, it better be safe than sorry.

It may not be related to PSN though, as card details can be stolen other ways.
