Sony has said that at present they have nothing to announce regarding the cross-game chat feature for Playstation 3. This feature has been confirmed by Sony at its E3 press conference for their upcoming handheld Playstation VITA.
Speaking to CVG, Andrew House said, "No, [there are] really not any new announcements to put on that,"
"We know that it's a huge thing out there. We have continued to do much R&

Exactly what i had expected from Sony, using CG chat on PSVita to help sell units, then a fwe months later, or not at all, add CG chat to PS3 in a new update.

yeah thats what theyre saying, just wanted people to know so they dont get disasppointed when they find out there is no CG chat for a while.

So they.. do the complete opposite of getting their Users back?
Psn goes down.. already lost a fair bunch of Ps3 users to Xbox.
Psn comes back up.. Offer a few games & downloadable content to try & get users back. And dont give them games to keep forever.. oh no.. only let em use them for 30 days. = Noobs will go and buy the game with their $$.
Psn fully working.. Put out a same old psp for sale with a new look but this time put it with Cross game chat instead of putting it on the ps3 for free.
