We've all heard about one of the most anticipated fantasy games of 2011, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and we all know that it will most likely live up to the expectations that have been set with the details that Mr. Bruce Nesmith (lead designer of Skyrim) gave us at the E3 showing of this title.

Nesmith commented that Skyrim will have a 'radiant story', and if you're a true Elder Scrolls fan, you'll know for sure that the story is just as important as the graphics (but of course, the graphics do make it cool). Nesmith said that you can use the story mode of Skyrim as a dynamic tool to unlock insanely graphic features and new things throughout your playing time.

“What Radiant Story allows us to do is react to a dynamic situation. Before we had it, everything had to be much more specifically scripted.”

He also goes on about how the storyline will affect the character of your choosing and the actions he/she may perform in-game.

"The simple things tend to be the most exciting. If the player drops a valuable item in the world, someone might come over and ask the player if they don’t want it anymore. In another case, Radiant Story might have two characters start fighting over it right in front of you. If you kill someone, a relative or friend of that person may decide to hunt you down. Radiant Story allows us to set up these story templates that respond to things the player does, but at the same type keep the reacting NPCs in character.”

There's also a very new feature that Bethesda has put in Skyrim to make it much more realistic than any other Elder Scrolls title in the amazingly popular franchise. They have made it so when you're in a town there won't be NPCs standing around aimlessly and doing nothing, so they'll be performing tasks to make the scene a little bit more lively and fun to run around in. Bethesda has also added mills, farms, and mines so there will be a 'job' feature for the NPCs to complete, making it seem just as lively as NPCs completing tasks while in a town!

If you perform good tasks (i.e. helping an NPC), that certain character will grow fond of you and tell his/her friends about the good things you've done, giving you a 'good karma' reputation to your name. But if you perform bad tasks (i.e. stealing from them, mugging them), then you'll have a 'bad karma' reputation to your name and the townspeople won't like you or try to help you.

These are just a few things Bethesda have put in this great looking Elder Scrolls title, because we all know they haven't released the best parts, that would ruin the mysteries about releasing a game!

The game releases November 11th, 2011 (11/11/11), are you ready?
