Error… Cat invasion!
well in this picture it explaines how to play in High deffinition and record in a Higher quallity Standard deffininition
what you will need is:
HDMI cable
HDMI Splitter cable - You must login or register to view this content.
HDMI To component cable - You must login or register to view this content.
Dazzle
1. plug hdmi splitters into ps3
2. plug hdmi into splitter box and tv
3. plug hdmi component into hdmi and dazzle
4. plug dazzle in to pc
and because youre running youre ps3 through hdmi which then converts to component it will be high quality
i know this is pritty much self explanitory but their ia some numpty's out their that still wont understand

How does this work, becuase a dazzle/normal capture card will only accept composite cables?

you can still do it but instead of hdmi to component cables buy a hdmi to composite cable.
