Post: PS3 Problems, need help

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I tried going on my PS3 today and i click on my user and the clock in the top right keeps spinning.
I decided to go to recovery and rebuild database and still. nothing
I Restored file system, then again, nothing
If i restore PS3 system it will do it again, it's happened twice this week
what should i do?
is it fixable?
do i have to waste my money on a brand new ******* hardisk!!!!?????

i really need to fix this because i run a trophy store and im not willing to let anyone down

have you tried re-installing the FW from recovery?
a new hdd isn't expensive either.

no i won't be the formware because im on legit 4.11 and how much is a New HDD?

Price is determined by how much space the HDD has and how much space you need is determined by how many things you download.

PS3s use the same HDDs as laptops, so all you need is a 2.5-inch 5400RPM SATA HDD. You use use a 7200RPM SATA HDD, but it could cause your PS3 to heat up more.

I'd go with 160GB and just have an external hard drive that you can plug into your PS3.
