How to Download and Install from ps3 web browser:

Step 1: plug your Usb hard drive (fat32 format)

Step 2: come to this post on your PS3 Web Browser If your not already.

Step3: Highlight the address after pkg file:You must login or register to view this content. with your pointer...

Step 4: While the pointer is on the address of the PKG fil...Press Triangle ...Choose FILE.... Choose SAVE TARGET... Choose USB HDD as the destination and let the file download to your usb hdd..

Step5: After it has finished downloading go to the icon under GAME on your CFW 3.55 v1.2 (only custom firmware users have this icon) and locate the icon that says INSTALL PACKAGE FILES

yes exactly most games we get from BREWOLOGY will install because they ARE RETAIL SIGNED POACKAGE HOWEVER JUST BECAUSE IT INSTALLED...DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL BE PLAYABLE...

I would like if you would CONFIRM YOU DOWNLOADED IT FROM THE PS3 WEB BROWSER INSTALLED IT AND LAUNCHED AND RACED 1 RACE so others realise it can be done without a pc then when anyone ARCHIVES pkg like this they can provide directions on how to do it from ps3 web browser for user friendly access to the files and to help out those with no pc
(did my buddys ps3 he has no pc he will need a method like this to get files on his hDD this is why i tested and confirmed this works B4 i posted)

WHY is this pkg different psn lists it as a full game as does brewology yet it installs more like a DEMO would now all demos work you can sniff off demos and install them all day we have been since 30 min after the CFW release on PS3HACKS we were already installing demos np ..So i wonder are there others that end users have found aside from Grand Tourismo HD that are FULL TITLES without requiring a licence?

Also interesting it only works for those on HDMI (HD tv's) then thats just the way they designed it but a interesting PKG at anyrate that might be worth trying to exploit for exampl

It should be playable. Why wouldn't it? It doesn't ask for a license since it downloads from an account that you buy it from on the PS Store. I will try it to see if it works, I will have hope. But let us see if this will be another let down or not.

No all games PKG ask for a licence, all of them had to be purchase to even get them on there anyway. This is the only PKG that works (or so he claims) that is a full game, usually they install but ask for you to renew the license because the account it was purchased on isn't the same as the one it's installing on, nor is that account found on your system.

This is unique, now if we can tear up the PKG and find out why it works maybe we can reassemble an unsign pkg using this or something might come out of this who knows.

you get it from sonys server... as a result i can say download Mortal Kombat 2.... I can install it... NP... HOWEVER WHEN YOU GO TO LAUNCH THE GAME IT WONT PLAY I PROMISE YOU THAT.... THIS GRAND TOURISMO IS THE ONLY NON-DEMO PKG that works so far and if you get another PKG off psn of a FULL GAME to install playable TELL ME I WONT CALL YOU A LIAR ... Ill go test and see...
