There is enough info here. Do some reading and you will know it.

With all the trics that they found out, it's safe. Install de CFW, install all your homebrews you will and go back to OFW.

Yes, you can run homebrew if you are on the OFW. But first you need is to install them by using the CFW jailbreak

If you go back to the OFW is it less likely to get banned/bricked ?
