(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i read on other forums that if you installed waninkoko and then install geohots jailbreak over it, it allows you to install pkgs while being able to play back ups. just wondering if anyone has tested this here and if you are willing to try, to report back your findings. some people also wrote that you might have to go into recovery mode if geohots is not recognized.

where did you read that it doesn't make sense when both are doing to diffrenent things one diallows backups and one allows im just going to say wtf you smoking

Its been confirmed to work with the other cfw cant remember how to spell his name lol, wrkung or some crap haha!

I will try this when i get back home just to see maybe if u install the waninkokos one it will patch the lvl2 that is needed to play back ups kinda and geohot will just patch where you need to install pkgs and wont mess with the lvl2 like waninkokos did but he still took shortcuts to write to the lvl2 overwriting sonys stuff making it a high failure rate any way but this is a possiblity good find

Why would geohot overwrite it irs not him releasing the piracy way to do it his nlo ks it and someone elses unlockes it he didnt want to let people pirate games because of what happend to him now law suite he wanted to stay safe

I tried that earlier to try and get some apps to work but it didn't. So you could install it but it didn't do anything for me

Look at the amn file size and geohot is not a full ****ing firmware it is just more like a patch waninkokos is a full firmware with the lvl2 patch if you install waninkokos firmware then it will patch the lvl2 allowing no eboot needed for back ups then we instwll geohots cfw that allows for pkg its not the hole 170mb firmware so it wont patch the lvl2 that was patched by waninkoko ok now lets use are brains i bet if you try it you will find your release answer as i just did

Its confirmed on wutangza so I dont know why it wouldnt work on waninkokos?
