(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I was just thinking, seen as it is only a software problem causing the brick would inserting a new hardrive solve the bricking problem. Please don't flame :bro:

my friend told me that puting the ps3 into recovery mode fixes the problem ?, report backk please Smile

no, it would not as it is the patched LV2 that is causing the brick. It is part of the firmware. Not just software. Factory/Service mode does work in some cases. Not all.

CFW has nothing to do with the harddrive.. It's about the NAND. Switching HDD won't make a difference to the firmware.

Can't get into recovery mode. All I get is a green, yellow then red flashing lights.

ye basically you do the downgrading steps and it works, i fked up my 60gb installing and used my jig to save it ,then installed on my 80gb and it worked fine =D
