This will mean It will be literally Genuine Games on your account, which you can share with your friends.
Go here in a FTP SERVER
/dev_hdd0/home/000000--/newstore
you will find a "cache.dat"
this will have some of your downloads, some wont appear though, im not sure why, maybe you must be online.
so what you do is open it and get your friends "cache.dat" and add the games to yours, to find out what each game is, there is like a webpage u can find in each paragraph, paste that in your web browser and it shows the image. so once you find your game, copy that paragraph from your friends "cache.dat" into yours "save as" (in notepad)
get onto psn (there are still a few ways) and u will see it in your download list!

theres more than just the cache modify,ive found all ps store settings + alot of stuff im not saying for cetain reasons,i dont intend in releasing them public but mite send them to some people so it keeps it low.
-btw,i got some other modified stuff to release on here soon,all to do with PSN and the security files.

the cache.dat just gets replaced with the original upon signing in to the Store.

YES, and YES you are stealing directly from Sony as you where in a physical shop.

No, finding the key's to decrypt and create custom FW is NOT stealing as long as one does NOT download and play backup games!

this does seem a little more serious than the usual. when you deal with back ups u haven't taken anything from sony even if your original is scratched and you download it somewhere your still gettin it from some file transfer site. when you do this your leeching off of sonys servers which seems like it could give them more leverage with legal action. or even more leverage with the press to portray this community negatively. but i'd prolly be doin it if i could get online
