To install your ps3 must be jailbroken!
and then install from
"install package files"

(there is possibility that the doesnt work but its worth a try but maybe in the future it can be install)

How to put Themes

1. Start PS3 FTP server

2. Start Computer FTP Client (WinSCP, Filezilla, etc.)

3. Navigate to dev_hdd0/theme on your PS3

4. Copy all dynamic theme files into that directory

5. Quit FTP client on computer and exit FTP server on PS3

DONE!

Now just go to SETTINGS/THEME SETTINGS on your XMB and
apply whatever dynamic theme you want and enjoy!
