(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Is there any way to create a FAT32 partition on an NTFS HDD?
I have a 400-something GB NTFS external, using about 150 gb for old files is there anyway I can create a partition in the NTFS that would be FAT32 and therefore able to run backups from external? Also, if I create a FAT32 partition (if possible), will I lose any data in the process?

Fully format (delete everything) then partition to fat32.

If the purpose of this is for games, NTFS is supported in multiman

Yeah, for games. So I can leave it on NTFS and use Multiman 1.16, back them up to the hdd and they'll run from hdd? I heard everyone talking about formatting to FAT32 before games would burn/play.

We had to format our externals to FAT32 before NTFS support wass released, if you still want to use FAT32 you can use You must login or register to view this content.
