Yes, you simply download whatever 3.55 firmware you want to put on straight over it normally.

Yes you can, simply update your Ps3 via a storage device with your choice of firmware, whether it be 3.55 ofw or 3.55 kmeaw.

Just remember to remove the rebug spoofer as your Ps3 will be classed as 3.60
