Hi I have an 3.55 rebug and a console on 3.61 OFW. I want to data transfer but cant. I know rebugs cannot go online for now so that is why I am asking this. Is there a way to just spoof to 3.61 not for online but for data transfers??

You want to data transfer from 3.61 to 3.55? Impossible.
If your trying to data transfer from rebug - to the newest update: you need to have all settings set to default. The easiest way to do this is by re-installing rebug custom firmware.

I have not changed any of the settings I just use it for modded patches and multiman. So isnt there a version.txt that I can change or something just to do a transfer to change my patches?? Also I have the modded patches ready it is just that I want to transfer them for online.

No. You have to fix the problem you created. Data transferring works fine, try re-installing rebug. Only takes 5-10 minutes.

Also, make sure you start data transferring, with both ps3s at the same time. :/

It will automatically spoof itself to 3.61 so I can transfer because it says 3.60 because I spoofed it but I want it to say 3.61 to make it transfer correctly

Noob, you can transfer from any firmware to a higher firmware, you don't need to be on the same firmware for both ps3s. By spoofing, you're clearly messing up the settings and not letting the ps3s data transfer correctly. Listen to what I have to say next time.

Go to Network stettings>Internet> and disable it on both PS3's
Should work,i had that problem so i went browsing all over google and found that out.
