Steps:

  1. Turn on your Playstation 3 console.
  2. Go to settings on your PS3 console.
  3. Move down to the very bottom of settings and click on Network Settings.
  4. Go to Internet Connection Settings.
  5. Choose "Custom", scroll all the way to the right until you reach "Proxy Server".
  6. Choose "Use" Proxy Server.
  7. Enter "patch.bz" in the address bar.
  8. Enter "8080" in the port bar.
  9. Then scroll all the way to the right and hit X.
  10. Login to the Playstion Network.
  11. Delete the gamedata of your game of choice.
  12. Begin playing your game of choice.

It was down due to the server not being paid for, that's why I'm going to be big about donations this time around. Smile

No. This is because in order to do patched MW3 Glitches, you would require a patch for that game which was used before the particular glitch was patched. So if you wanted to do a glitch that was patched in 1.18, you'd have to downgrade your game patch within your Game Data Utility. That's not really possible without a 3.55 CFW PS3.

You cannot play without a Game Data Utility on MW3 - does not let you connect to the matchmaking server.
