So lately i have had many people ask me on how to go back to CEX from 4.30 D-REX ( I actually didnt know this either)
Its actually quite simple on how to do this, if you are on 4.30 D-REX and want to go back to CEX follow these steps, (im guessing most of you were on 4.21 before doing this so you will need your 4.21 CEX flash)
1. Open Rebug Toolbox And Go To The CEX/DEX Section
2. Copy Your 4.21 CEX Flash Onto Your Usb And Put Your Usb In The Right Most Slot (Closest To The Disc Drive)
3. Choose "Re-write Target Id In Flash" And Choose Yes, Yes, And Yes,(It Should Automatically Change Lv2 To CEX) Then It Will Reboot And You Are Now On CEX
This Will Not Brick Your Ps3 As Rebug Has Made It Where It They Just Reflash eEID From 4.21 To 4.30

4.30.2 DREX is just REX on DEX first. Basically the opposite of what REX is. It';s for people who ran into problems when they switched to DEX and needed to reinstall the firmware. Will help noobs out who buy CFW consoles and don't understand what to do.

This happened to me, my firmware corrupted on DEX, so I downloaded DREX and I was able to fix it
If I was a noob, this would have helped

here is an easy way downgrade to 3.55 by dex downgrader then get the Eid key root then you can go to d-rex agin get your dex flash then with your dex flash and eid key root you can make your cex flash to follow this tut ^_^
