nope...the dynamic themes are made in a file called sdk not p3t,and sdk are file formats to mak games so sony wont be launching a public dtc so your going to have to wait for them on the store

They don't use a program named "SDK". They don't even use an SDK (Software Development Kit) for themes. There is no '.sdk' file format.

Yeah only developers can make them, which is gay as I don't see any reason for this... only for getting money from us I guess
