Ok could you get banned for using the Xploder method while on OFW 4.00?

Its true you COULD get banned but i doubt that very much, Xploder is no different to data transferring your game saves via CFW, its just a much simpler alternative. Heres some reasons why & please understand this is merely my own personal opinion & not to be taken as fact.

* To this date i dont know ANYONE thats been banned for game save hacking, every PS3 machine is like a piggy bank, if they ban a console they lose potential profit in people buying there products, theyd rather try & patch it somehow

* It would be difficult to tell if someone used Xploder or CFW, the game saves are next to identical in the end result & again i dont know ANYONE thats been banned for game save hacking

* Sony currently have alot on their plate & are nervously awaiting to counter the next Jailbreak exploit to there console then to worry bout game saves lol

* The only thing you should maybe worry about is time stamps on trophys IF they ever decided to do anything about it (instant platinums)

Can’t trickshot me!
I doubt they would do much about instant platinums and the time stamps either, because if you think about it, its entirely possible to get an instant plat without CFW if say, you used your own platinum save on a new PS3 having NOT synched the trophies from the old PS3. Same applies to trophies with no timestamps, I have a load of them because my PS3 died during the "APOCALYPS3" and because my new PS3 hadn't been online, the time wasn't synched so it had no timestamp on it
