as for the racing licenses i think you might have to do them legit i have tried a few but nothing popped

many thanks for the save im trying to unlock the licenses i went to a cup race then gave up and did all 6 races in the cup and came first and got the coronation trophy but no trophy for the licenses is there a specific race i must go to to unlock the licenses? thanks in advance

Got it my save, completing the last test last licensed in Hawaii and you have the trophy for all licenses
