You can just use the Platinum Save around here to get one of each kill, and download the DLC car, use the PDA to send the vehicle to you, and you get the trophy for the cards.

The only kill related trophy you should be missing is Killing Frenzy, which is kill 20 enemies in 60 seconds. Which can easily be done in one stronghold takeover.

There's no point for this thread, as there's already enough saves to plat this game. +Rep for the effort though...
