Just use Xploder to resign the saves, and the trophies will either pop upon loading the game (as the requirements have already been met) or they'll pop after you earn another point/coin/whatever. All saves have been tested and verified with Xploder!

U can use sonic megadrive saves for sonics ultimate collection,too... Its the same game, just another name + other trophyset...
