Better W@W Trophy Patch

Hi

This is the same patch as Karoolus' patch, but a few edits.

1.) I'm gay so I edited the text, changing it to my name.

2.) It pops the platinum and DLC in one game.

( you don't have to restart 1000 times )

Credit to Karoolus for making the patch.

Credit to me for improving it.
