Post: is it possible to change save slot

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys i have xploder and i was wonder is it possible to change the save slot of a borderlands 2 gamesave? because most games save are slot 1 and thats my original character is so i cant have both on hard drive

you will need

the saves
SFO edit software
like 5 minutes
a brain
a PC for sure.

thats your mission, BTW wrong section.

My RIG is red. It's red.
Well, killer14kk, I don't own Borderlands 2 but one thing you could do is create another user on your PS3 (call him "User 1" or "Borderlands" or something) and then just copy your original Save Slot 1 over to "User 1". Then, do your thing with the Xploder save (overwriting your previous save) and you can always retrieve your original save from User 1 back to your profile when your done. That's an easy way to handle it.

thats the thing i dont want to keep quiting the game to change char.

every time i change the save directory in the sfo editer the game save becomes corrupted? help?

but i did that in borderlands 1 :lol:

so lets say you have

BLES00697-SAVE-SAVE0002

and you want this save "become" 1.... OK? im correct?

ok if so.

you need to open the PARAM.SFO with the sodtware you want i will use PARAM.SFO EDITOR BY: jizaabeez

and you need only change the "SAVEDATA_DIRECTORY"



You will see this:
You must login or register to view this content.


right click edit

You must login or register to view this content.


change the last number to "1" or whatever

You must login or register to view this content.

then change the Folder of the save from "2" to "1"

You must login or register to view this content.

You must login or register to view this content.

ok now you need to resign with xploder and thats all........

you see ?? 5 mins.
