You will start the game with:

Infinite Health

Infinite Ammo

You will still have god mode & inf ammo when you start a new character.

This only works with the regular version of the game

EDIT: You do not get banned for this save, You need to resign it to your account, You need to put your name into the save, Use something like SFO Editor.
I'm trying to reply to people as fast i can, But at the moment been trying to make new Save Games.
If i dont reply, Hopefully someone will reply to you, And should help with the problem.
If it says corrupted, Means you haven't done it properly.

Chances are you'll have to resign I don't think replacing files works with that many games anymore.

Could have sworn this was already posted on here, and on the GameGenie forums.

Either way, I won't rant at you, thanks for sharing I suppose. I play Dead Island for fun now and then, especially since I've platted it already. Still fun as shit.

Also,

This save works 100%.
