I had to make another thread, for the most important trophy in the game; up close and personal. This trophy as stated by others in the original thread cannot be unlocked via that save. I unlocked 91% of the trophies myself and just unlocked and tested on another account the up close and personal save.

You can also unlock;

1) Depth charge - Kill 50 drones.
2) Critical Massacre - Kill 100 human enemies.
3) Pain in the membrane - Get 50 headshots (just aim for the head, easy).
4) Trigger happy - Kill 50 shotgunners.
5) Shotgun Wetting - Get 50 shotgun kills.

Most importantly

Up close and personal.

-The save is loaded in-front of a door, press O on the door and you will need to kill the Drone for trophy 1.
-Then kill one shotgunner (headshot too) for trophies 2, 3 and 4.
-Take the shotgun from the floor and kill the remaining shotgunner for trophy 5.
-The next few enemies shouldn't be a problem, you have a tough enemy that can be taken down by the shotgun but from long range and then two SMG enemies.

The next two are the ones you must kill via melee, the enemies with pink lasers, if you want the UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL.

Save tested and will unlock 52%.
