The trailer does a good job of creating more hype around Sony’s box and although doesn’t fully show the console, it contains plenty of stills of the machine and it’s peripherals.

A reddit user by the name of You must login or register to view this content. took it upon himself to try and piece together the stills and give his take of what the console might actually look like. The finished product is very well done and even notes where the inspiration came from for the various design choices.

I don’t know about you, but I think that what we’re looking at is a good possibility of being close to the real thing. Ofcourse, we will never truly know until Sony unveils the machine once and for all. Sony is set to pull the wraps on the PS4 at E3 on June 10th 9:00 EST. Time to get excited.

well...... OK i don't like the look of this one. kinda reminds me of an old school Commodore Amiga. it also looks like my Blu-ray player that i bought back in 2006, maybe because of the slanted front IDK... to me this is like a cross-breed between something early to mid 90's with the sleek look of 2000's. a ps3 mated with a Commodore Amiga and this was born.
im sure a lot of people are gonna like this style and that's great but for my personal taste im hoping for something more alien or futuristic looking Happy
the look isn't gonna dictate if im buying it or not, its just gonna play a factor in where i will put it after i do. ie...top shelf or bottom shelf lol.
either way, i think its going to be a great design with "proper Airflow" so my shit doesn't burn up 2 months after i buy it. im sure i will enjoy it no matter what it actually looks like.
cheers!

At least this one looks a little more realistic than the other one that was posted. I don't know why but it kinda reminds me of the shape of a book, this part being the spine of it.
