I personally would love it to stay simple and basic like this! nice and clean like the XMB on PS3.

...or atleast have a option to have it clean and simple!

Looks like a very early version of the UI shown in the E3 video, I think it's great. Interesting to see how it progressed

Looks easy to access stuff on the PS4. Amazing improvement from the XMBar from the PS3. Pretty sure apps & games will load up nice, quick, and smooth.

I would not call that a leak due to it being demo showed off.
Also no idea what the hell that UI screen is for.

who knows, it could be the actual thing, a upgrade to the ps3's xmb but still subtle :3

From what I've been reading this an early PS4 dev kit, not the actual UI.

If you look at the top left of the video it says "FOXTROT PS4 .pkg Installed"
