Drag n' drop the prx into your "seplugins" folder.
Then put this code in your "game" and "vsh" text documents: ms0:/seplugins/psnlover.prx 1
You will be able to access the PSN store, but the things you download, like demos will NOT work. Idk if it depends on the psp you have. But it wouldn't start a demo that i downloaded. Check it out, then let me know.
