Along with a bunch of other good pokemon, Sydney got me the most magikarp.

Coords: -33.85910144525541,151.21318101882935

Protip: Don't evolve your magikarp unless it's 95 IV/Perfection or higher otherwise it's not worth it.

How does one check the iv?

I believe the only way is either starting an encounter with the Pokemon then pulling the data or after you catch it.

Obviously you would need to know how to use the API's bots use to do this.

Lol it's not my equation, it's Necros and nope not in the app it's self you need to use the niantic api

I would recommend San Fransico Bay 16 i have over 3000 k Candy because i let necro farm dratini there.
