There are currently 4 types of bans:
IP Ban: No pokestops or pokemon. (Temporary Ban)
Catchflee Ban: Pokemon always flee, but pokestops still work. (Temporary Ban)
Pokestops don't load Ban: You can catch pokemon but cannot use pokestops. (Temporary Ban)
Game Data Error Ban: You cannot login to your account, gets stuck on the loading screen forever. (Permanent Ban)
