Installation Notes:

If you're having any issues installing here's some help:

• Remember to enable 3rd Party Sources in your Security or device's settings.
  To do that follow these quick steps:
  
  • Go to Settings on your phone and switch to the “general” tab, if needed.
    
  • Tap on the “Security” option.
    
  • Tick the checkbox next to the “Unknown Sources” option.
    
  • Confirm the warning message by tapping on “OK”.
  
  
  
• Ensure you have downloaded the correct APK File (This shouldn't be an issue, if you used the link I provided).
  
  
• Make sure your device is at least on the Android FirmWare 4.4 (KitKat, API 19), Android 6.0 (Marshmallow, API 23) is also supported and you will*receive*a more optimal result.
  
  
• Check if you have enough space on your device; Pokemon GO is about 60 MB, so make sure you have room for it.
  
  
• ADVANCED*: Supported DPI's: nodpi (Currently)
  
  
• Try forcibly installing the app through a 3rd Party Installing app (not recommended)
  
  
• If all else fails, try and re-download the APK file after going through the above steps and reinstall it.

So has anyone here played it yet, if so how is it?

I was laying it a little earlier, haven't found anything just yet, but got my starter XD

Apparently servers outside Japan, and Oceania territories are having issues.

Still not out in Canada, but I got the APK. It's also pretty easy for iOS users, all they have to do is make a US account.
