Kryptus' Bad NecroBot Edit 1.0 > Configs > Coords.ini - put your coords in there separated by a colon.

Yes, your account is server based, not phone based. So if you were to buy an android and you've been using PoGo on an iPhone, but you logged in on the Android with your PoGo login details, you would have everything you had on the iPhone.
