I actually already passed the All-Star break, so I'm thinking it might not, but it might, you could try it. If it doesn't work I am working on a new my career(considering my old one got messed up) and I am only like 2 months away from the all-star break(I have 2 million votes) so its a guarantee all star trophy for that save!

I'll get that for you right now, but you will have to play up to the all star-break(maybe playing key games will be faster) because I am only in November(26 games) for my new one and the all star break is in February.
