It will allow you edit mostly every single stat, character, etc...
It has a option to edit how many skill points, your money, masks, and everything inside the treeview is all editable, meaning this save is completely mapped out.
It was one of the hardest to make for sure, but it has finally paid off, now here are some pictures of how the editor looks like:

As you can see all those are the options to edit.
I have spent lots of time on this editor and if you would like to donate I would really appreciate it.
The MD5 hash at the bottom of the save was really difficult :p
I would like to thank TheUnexpected for pointing out a obvious bug I was having a difficult time on :p
YOU NEED .NET FRAMEWORK 4.5!
The app just detections because it has been packed to prevent decompilation

are there any problems on Win Vista btw because red-eye ???? because he is unable to locate the component "this application has failed to start because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix thhis problem i have 4.5 netframework soo tthats not the problem

Hey its my first time using this save editor and I've figured the basic and all like level, skills, cash and editing how many items I have in inventory but I was wondering if there was a way to add mask or gun attachments with coding or of the sort? Idk if it's possible or not I'll looked and trit'd whatever I could think of but can't seemake to do it if someone could give me some info on this it would be much appreciated and btw before I forget good job on the tool red eyes it's great keep up the greatime job thanks for it

the link doesnt work because firefox isnt good enough and i cant update it is there any other way i can get it? google chrome and opera dont work either

When I try to edit it does is fine but later when I transfer it to the ps3 it says corrupt save game or cant load savegame when I start payday2 is this editor for patch 1.03? or can u edit for me?
Why? I downloaded it and unziped it with Winrar and i have the icon on my desktop, but it still not work. I already have Net framework 4.5.
