It will allow you edit mostly every single stat, character, etc...
It has a option to edit how many skill points, your money, masks, and everything inside the treeview is all editable, meaning this save is completely mapped out.
It was one of the hardest to make for sure, but it has finally paid off, now here are some pictures of how the editor looks like:

As you can see all those are the options to edit.
I have spent lots of time on this editor and if you would like to donate I would really appreciate it.
The MD5 hash at the bottom of the save was really difficult :p
I would like to thank TheUnexpected for pointing out a obvious bug I was having a difficult time on :p
YOU NEED .NET FRAMEWORK 4.5!
The app just detections because it has been packed to prevent decompilation

Open the mod program. From there open your save file from your game save.
Game Save Editing
Click on ExperienceManager
From here you can edit the following:
Total Xp Earned
lvl
Next lvl data (Current, points)
Rank
RANK is tied to Infamy lvl
You want to edit lvl
Change the Null to Int
And change it to whatever up to 100.
Save the data (File Save All)
Then click on Advance, Fix hash
Go to your file of game save click on it
Ps3 Save Data
Blusxxxxxxx
And click on it.
Then click ONLY Info.Bin
And will message hash will match. This will zip and re-encrypt the files and match.
Then you are done!

RANK is tied to Infamy lvl

crashes the payday 2 save editor for me..any suggestions?
(^said something was in use by another program..?editor is the only open thing using?)

How the fuck do you get this to work on a fresh save from 1.04? It just doesnt work you get this stupid error. File has an unexpected version.
