Then it said couldn't find ip. when i go to network and connect it only shows ip address and internet. i also tryed another ps3 that wasnt jail broken and i got the same thing. thanks Jamie

You said that you changed the routers, are you sure you've completed the set up on the new router? Maybe is your internet just down, too?

sorry i haven't replayed back yet. but i got it work now and my ip is no longer banned. Thanks anyways for your help
